Historical 5.5X8 Official German document from 1944 giving an award to Albrecht Schlotmann. Signed in blue fountain pen ink by Otto Benzin. In very good condition. Otto Benzin was killed on July 3rd 1944 as Führer Grenadier-Regiment 531 according to a writing from the Armeeoberkommando to the Heeres-Personal-Amt and witnesses. However, as official date of death, the OKH has written down June 29th 1944. Comes with a full Letter of Authenticity from Todd Mueller Authentics.

Historical 5.5X8 German document giving Wilhelm Ostendorf an award signed in fountain pen ink by Otto. Torn in half from a fold but could be easily repaired, otherwise excellent. Our scanner put the bottom half of the page at the top and the top half at the bottom. Otto Schünemann (6 October 1891 – 29 June 1944) was a German general during World War II. He was a recipient of the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves. Schünemann was killed on 29 June 1944 near Mogilev in Belarus during the Soviet 1944 summer offensive, Operation Bagration by a Soviet air attack on the Belynitschi-Beresino road. Comes with a full Letter of Authenticity from Todd Mueller Authentics.
