Temporary appointment of Thomas V. Hughes as Ensign in the United States Navy, and. For temporary duty at the Station. Condition: very good; old staples holes upper left and two punch holes at top edge. And author of the “New Deal”. Only President to be elected to four terms. ROOSEVELT AS GOVERNOR OF NEW YORK APPOINTING THE COUNTY JUDGE FOR KINGS COUNTY. Contains one page with a beautiful gold seal and blue ribbon, measures 18 by 15 inches, created in Albany on June 26, 1930, and in very good condition with toning, minor foxing, creased corners, and having been attached to a matting board.
