Queen Elizabeth II in black fountain pen ink. This hand-signed royal British royal Air Force RAF certificate is in the name of Queen Elizabeth II, also manuscript signed “Elizabeth R” appointing Janet Mary Tuff to the rank of Officer / Acting Pilot Officer.
